These terms govern use of the Clearwheel House website (clearwheel.autos) and booking of plant nursery services described here. By contacting us or using the site, you agree under the laws of Canada.

• Descriptions of plant nursery work on this site are informational. Final scope, pricing, and timing for Clearwheel House are confirmed at intake or in writing to studio@this site.
• This terms page on this site is maintained by the studio; email studio@this site if a step looks outdated for Calgary.
• Appointments at the studio should arrive on time during Mon–Sat 09:00–17:00. Late arrivals may be shortened or moved; cancel early via studio@this site so the slot can reopen.

Liability for services at the studio is limited to the fullest extent permitted by Canada law. Non-waivable consumer rights in Calgary remain intact.

Photos and copy on this site stay with the studio. Personal project photos you send to studio@this site remain yours; we only use them to quote.

Paper copies of the studio terms are available at the desk on 109 17 Avenue SW, Calgary AB T2S 0A1; digital master lives on this site.

Written care notes follow every plant nursery handoff here using honest lead times rather than same-day promises when the bench is full. No app-only queues for this bench
